Need of Positive Attitude !!!


Have you wondered the key to a joyful happy life where you feel successful and content? Have you wished you knew how to cruise through painful situations which were like tsunami and torment in your life. These moments come in every humans life and no one is exempt from disappointments and failures. But have you noticed that not all react in the same way. Some people go through it and come out with ease. Some face it with courage as if nothing difficult is happening. And there are some who come out difficult situations with triumph and make the best by turning it to the good and betterment in their life.

So why is it all people have different result is because of the attitude they have toward the same. So an  attitude is the way you think. When you understand the importance of your thinking in your life you will take stock of what is going on in your mind. You will pay attention to what you are thinking when you are sitting and relaxing. What is going on in your mind from the time  you wake up in the morning till the time you go to be is very important. Your thinking is not some random thoughts crossing your mind. You need to pay attention to them. Only then you will get to know what is going on inside of you. Just as your body functions affect your physical health your thoughts affect your mental health.


So as much as a physical illness needs help with medicines mental health is also important for your well being. Its more vital as even with a healthy body you life may not be as it has to be with joy and excitement because your mental health is affected. Your thinking is so tuned to negativity that all you see and hear gives you a negative thought immediately. Negative thoughts tie you to a corner of self pity. But Positive attitude is the key to break all chords that are tying you down. You can break all the barriers and fly like a butterfly when you just replace the negative thoughts with positive thoughts and in due course developing a positive attitude in life. Its the lens you see life and all the people around you with. When your attitude become positive your reaction to everything changes.

Change cannot be imposed on you. You have to realise the need and take the effort to change. You are the powerful person in your life who can change its course. Like a sailor you can cruise  your life by taking control of your life. Once you change then everything changes. Positive thoughts fill your life with hope and gives you ideas to overcome every challenge that you come  across. It develops positive encouraging feeling in you and give you the strength to keep moving against the flow. It leads you to complete the impossible task and gives you positive life experiences. Positive thinking thus develops and attitude in you that no one can pull you down and you will soar high.

Positive Attitude


Life is a complex thing. There are intertwined things that happen every single day of life. You go through a lot every day. The things that you personally go through  gives  you experience and also shapes the way you look every situation. Your perception is shaped like a molding clay every day.Whether you know or don't realise you are getting changed every day. This change is not always based on what you go through personally. It is also based on what you hear, see, read and understand about everything and everyone who cross your path on a daily basis.

If  you closely  examine every single action and thought of yours, you will find out they are always based on some logical reasons which we have preconceived in our  mind. We act based  on what we believe and think. This is the consequence of how you have fed your thought life over the years since the time you are born. Attitude is everything. What is your attitude towards life? If its positive you will think, act and live in a positive way. But if its negative and always critical this attitude will shut you down from taking risk and always keep you confined in to a zone where you think nothing bad or embarrassing is going to happen. All activities of life are based on your attitude. Its like the eyes with which you see life.



Attitude changes everything. Do you want to change the way your life is now? The first step towards a bright happy life is to change your attitude. Change the way you see and look things and people around you. When ever the negative pops up try to squeeze your mind to find out if there is atleast one positive thing there. Pick that one positive point and just hold on to it. Its very precious. You don't get it easily. As you hold tight  to that positive point keep your mind focused on the positive and dwell in that positive attribute. This attitude will change everything. It changes the way you see the situation or the person and how you deal with every thing that comes your  way today.

As you take the baby steps toward the growth of a positive attitude in you, you will see how the way of life is changing. Life will never be the same when you are filled with positive attitude. Its the key to success. Positive attitude will soon become the normal and you will be a positive person by nature and not by acting or pressure  and it won't  be hard any more. This attitude will help  you to smile and hold to peace and be positive with hope of success and you will bring out the best out of what ever life throws at you. You will be in demand as people with positive attitude are always successful people.

Are you wondering why life is so mediocre and boring? Are you feeling that you are missing out something in life? or is your life missing the life line of excitement to make you want to wake up every day with excitement and go to bed at the end of the day with a sense of satisfaction? Yes. All human beings are created with this nature to do things and make them happen. But at times in life things don't happen the way you want and this may lead you to settle for less or just convince yourself that its not possible for you.


Self motivation is very important. You cannot blame others or situations in life and keep dwelling in a place of disappointment or hurt. The main reason you are living in a place of pain and bareness with no excitement to what you are doing is because you lack self motivation. You cannot sit and keep wondering and wishing for a star to fall or someone to come and lift you up with a magic wand. Though it rarely happens in a few people's life its not what you are meant to be doing. You are powerful and you have one powerful tools to overcome the situations in life and be successful in life. The main tool which you need is Self motivation. It may be hard at times in the beginning but its something that never fails but gives you good results.




So how to make things happen in your life. Don't go out to google and copy some other persons dream or idea and try to work on it.

  1. Spend time to thing deep inside of you and understand  yourself. Find out what are your interests, what are the areas you are good at, what is it that interest you, what is it that flows easily out of you and helps others, FIND OUT WHAT IS IT THAT YOU FEEL YOU WANT TO DO. 
  2. Once you have found the area of your expertise and the one thing which you long to do or achieve then spend time to plan how you can do it. The steps and the procedure that are needed to make it come into a reality. 
  3. After jotting them out start to dream of this. Let your thoughts be consumed of what you are intending to do. Before you do it practically do it in your mind and make it a mental reality. Because when you could make it happen in the mind it will be the motivation and help you to do it out practically.
  4. As you dream keep  writing down the ways you are planning to do it. What, how and when are to be planned and they should be clear to you. Otherwise your dream may not come true and you can end up with disappointment. 
  5. Once you have planned everything. Start working on it. No one becomes an expert over night. So don't give up when the first few attempts fail. 
This is the key. Keep believing yourself. Be cautious not to let anyone speak you out. Keep believing and keep doing the above steps again and again. Never give up. Motivate yourself and soon you will taste success as a result of all what you have done. Keep pushing yourself with a I CAN DO attitude.

Time for change






How is your life. Is it excitement, filled with an awe and wonder. Are you feeling dull and bored? You can do a lot in your life with a little bit of self motivation and encouraging yourself to a brighter future. You may doubt if its possible and wonder how things could work that way.

Life is in our hands. We as human beings are powerful beings who have not realized the full potential that is stored in you. You may have been surrounded by so many critics who pull you down with their negative comment. Your mind may see and perceive things in a negative way due to the lot of bad experiences you have encountered. Any new task you begin or think all you could hear is  a NO or ITS IMPOSSIBLE. But with little effort and motivation you can achieve what seems impossible right now.

Overcoming hurt


Human being is made up of emotions. Emotions are feelings that a person experiences. There are good and bad emotions. Emotions are psychological and they differ from person to person.  Every human being goes through hurt. Hurt can be caused by numeric reasons. A person can be hurt by situations, circumstance that happen in his or her life. They can be hurt by past incidents that happened in their life and can become hurt by the way people speak about them, treat them or speak to them or about them. Hurt is caused by factors that are not controlled by the person and its painful leading a person into seclusion and depression.

People normally say
  1. Time heals
  2. Ignore a incident and it will not affect you
  3. It will heal and disappear by itself.
  4. Party and move on it will leave you. 
But still in the depth you feel it and it remains as a scar to remind you of the incident. It just pops up live suddenly and make the scar a raw wound. This reiterates that hurt is a feeling and the incident is there to stay and not to removed so easily.

 So is there a way out? Can it be permanently cured? Yes. As the last post said it all takes time and perseverance. So the good news is there is a way. So what are the steps to be taken
  1. Just see how serious the person is in saying the comment about you. 
  2. If its baseless just don't take it seriously.
  3. Just sit and have a time to yourself to see if any where you are to blame
  4. If yes then take time to overcome that issue. Plan, decide and keep trying till you overcome. 
  5. If no, just leave it. You cannot please all people. And so just don't let that statement pull you down.
In the beginning it might be tough. A task which seems impossible to achieve. But in due course it becomes a trait of your behavior. You learn to just brush it aside and keep moving without being held captive to your emotion for a long time. The time duration reduces and soon it becomes very easy as you have mastered the art of overcoming. By doing this you will stay fully active to the best of your potential and enjoy life. Not only are you going to enjoy you are going to influence all those who come across you and motivate them for a well matured life style with an ability to handle emotions in a wonderful way.

Confident living


Life is great. But many times you realise that its not that smooth sailing. Things don't happen on its own. Good things are not thrown into your lap. You sit and look at your life and wonder why is it that you have to work hard for everything. There is a price to pay and nothing comes for free. All that is inside of screams for a easy way where we could sit down, relax and enjoy the best and good in life with ease. But life does not happen that way.

So what are the keys that could help you to persevere and keep moving with a NEVER GIVE UP attitude? These are some keys which you can find available to you and by practicing them it soon becomes a habit and then things come easily. Its no longer a struggle but it comes naturally.


  1. Know that all things are started as thoughts. The more you dwell the more it will consume you and will be shown in the way we talk, walk and face situation. 
  2. Know what is going in your mind. If you keep thinking negative you will find hard to see positive things in the mist  of your circumstances or in the people around you. Everything is tinted with negativity. 
  3. Start taking control of your thought. Take a fast to negativity in daily basis. You fail once never give up. Keep trying. Reduce the thoughts of negativity. 
  4. Try to be consistent. Results will take time to show up. We live in a fast world. But still many things still work the old fashioned way. Remember that there is a gap between sowing and reaping. So remember that fruit takes time to come. Wait with positive attitude. 
  5. Dream the fruit. This dream helps you to see the impossible and keep going. 
Take small steps and slowly gather the pace and grow. Don't take big steps in the beginning as it might be too hard and depressing. Take small steps and keep walking soon you will see the life change. Remember its a process and it sure takes time. When you have this attitude then it will help you to persevere and not give up when it seems a long wait.

How to keep the New Year excitement ON till the end of the year!!!


 NEW YEAR NEW BEGINNING




 Its already 2016. The day has begun. There is excitement all around and there is a sense of hope and expectation too. All want to do good and be perfect. Some where we make a resolution inside us to do things in a consistent way and see amazing results. We all want to excel, grow and be fruitful and successful.

So what is it that will keep you encouraged and motivated not only today but will keep you motivated and encouraged till till the end of the year.

  1. Make reasonable goals. This will motivate you to keep going as you will feel its possible and is yielding results. In the long run these will turn to become habits and will have a great impact over your life.
  2. Make short term goals. This will help you to review and keep track of your journey towards your goal. Short term goals keep your excitement on. They also give you a moral boost that the goal is attainable. Even when something goes astray you have a fair chance to retry it and succeed.
  3. Make goals that involve you alone. Because if your goal involves others your achievement is based on their response. You should be 100% sure that you are in control over your life alone and not over any other. So do make goals that involves you as they make the goal attainable. 
  4. Above all as humans we all try hard to find recognition, acceptance and love in an unconditional manner. We know we do wrong but we want some one to be at our side always. Its the nature of man. And know that this is something which only God can fulfill. If you seek God in human being you will for sure end up disappointed. So this new year seek God. He will be the ever present help and friend.
