YOU CAN CHANGE!!!!


In the previous blog we saw the necessity of reviewing our life to take control and bring in a positive change in the way of leading life.
  • Examining the belief system
  • Examining the thought pattern
  • Examining the attitudes and perceptions
  • Examining the negative feelings that are controlling us. 
The above mentioned ones are very important as they influence our actions and behaviors

ACTIONS

They are the things you do, act and react to a situation or person every moment of your life. Lot of times they are done spontaneously without a second thought. We wonder how we did it and many times don't even pay attention to why we did what we did?  After examining the above said belief system, thought system, attitude and feelings you will find that these four have a major role to play in the way you act.

  • Actions are not spontaneous
  • They are the result of what is going on in your mind right now / these days
  • They are the result of what you believe in. These believes are formed right from childhood days.
  • The attitude what you have in you will be made known in the way you act. You don't contradict yourself unless you take conscious steps to overcome the attitudes you want to change. These attitudes are also the result of years of experience you have gone through and what you have understood and told yourself about.
  • Feelings are powerful and when you are happy you will act in a particular way and when you are sad you cannot do the same in the same way. They affect you drastically and also influence the outcome of the work that you do. 
BEHAVIOR



As always said again and again all things are related. When you decide to change one thing you need to see the things that trigger them or are linked with them. 


Behavior is the range of actions and mannerisms made by individuals in conjunction with themselves or their environment. It is the response to various stimuli or inputs. 





  • Behavior is not permanent
  • Behavior can be changed
  • You can control the way you behave
  • You can decide how you are going to behave in adv




Words, attitudes, believes and behavior forms the foundation on which your life is based on. They decide the way your day is going to go. You are capable and able to control them and change them if you keep trying without giving up. So keep trying till you succeed.

Attitude make a day good and bad


So as the previous post has been stating positive attitude is very important to be successful in life. You also should have known by now by following the past posts that positive thinking and attitude can be developed. Its  a process and its not going to be instant. But in the process at the end you will succeed and will have a wonderful atmosphere where ever you are. Its very possible and it can be developed by proper planing and consistent effort.

Also you should know that no one is responsible for you attitude and behavior except you. You are powerful and capable of developing a positive thinking and thus bringing about a wonderful change in your life. It will affect your home, office and social circle environment.

So as you are desiring to develop in positive thinking its very important to reiterate the simple things again and again. By reading you can think they are simple, easy and primary level.  You may want to have big techniques which bring change over night with relaxation. But this is not possible. Just like how a person hits the gym regularly you have to keep hitting the gym for mental and emotional development too.


  1. Waking up in the morning with a positive attitude
  2. Spend the whole day always focusing on the positive things about you, others and about all things during the day
  3. Be determined to shun all negative thoughts 
  4. Never let any negative comments speak discouragement into your life / day.
  5. Never give up
  6. Always know you can
  7. Keep dreaming of the big great successful outcome that is going to come for sure.
  8. Never try to compromise and let go just to please people.
If you are consistent you sure will reap the benefit of a successful life which others will want due to your positive approach to life.

Need of Positive Attitude !!!


Have you wondered the key to a joyful happy life where you feel successful and content? Have you wished you knew how to cruise through painful situations which were like tsunami and torment in your life. These moments come in every humans life and no one is exempt from disappointments and failures. But have you noticed that not all react in the same way. Some people go through it and come out with ease. Some face it with courage as if nothing difficult is happening. And there are some who come out difficult situations with triumph and make the best by turning it to the good and betterment in their life.

So why is it all people have different result is because of the attitude they have toward the same. So an  attitude is the way you think. When you understand the importance of your thinking in your life you will take stock of what is going on in your mind. You will pay attention to what you are thinking when you are sitting and relaxing. What is going on in your mind from the time  you wake up in the morning till the time you go to be is very important. Your thinking is not some random thoughts crossing your mind. You need to pay attention to them. Only then you will get to know what is going on inside of you. Just as your body functions affect your physical health your thoughts affect your mental health.


So as much as a physical illness needs help with medicines mental health is also important for your well being. Its more vital as even with a healthy body you life may not be as it has to be with joy and excitement because your mental health is affected. Your thinking is so tuned to negativity that all you see and hear gives you a negative thought immediately. Negative thoughts tie you to a corner of self pity. But Positive attitude is the key to break all chords that are tying you down. You can break all the barriers and fly like a butterfly when you just replace the negative thoughts with positive thoughts and in due course developing a positive attitude in life. Its the lens you see life and all the people around you with. When your attitude become positive your reaction to everything changes.

Change cannot be imposed on you. You have to realise the need and take the effort to change. You are the powerful person in your life who can change its course. Like a sailor you can cruise  your life by taking control of your life. Once you change then everything changes. Positive thoughts fill your life with hope and gives you ideas to overcome every challenge that you come  across. It develops positive encouraging feeling in you and give you the strength to keep moving against the flow. It leads you to complete the impossible task and gives you positive life experiences. Positive thinking thus develops and attitude in you that no one can pull you down and you will soar high.


So take aboard the journey with a positive attitude in life. Start a new journey towards success and joy. Every thought is a step to a greater future. Enjoy your life to the fullest.

Positive Attitude


Life is a complex thing. There are intertwined things that happen every single day of life. You go through a lot every day. The things that you personally go through  gives  you experience and also shapes the way you look every situation. Your perception is shaped like a molding clay every day.Whether you know or don't realise you are getting changed every day. This change is not always based on what you go through personally. It is also based on what you hear, see, read and understand about everything and everyone who cross your path on a daily basis.

If  you closely  examine every single action and thought of yours, you will find out they are always based on some logical reasons which we have preconceived in our  mind. We act based  on what we believe and think. This is the consequence of how you have fed your thought life over the years since the time you are born. Attitude is everything. What is your attitude towards life? If its positive you will think, act and live in a positive way. But if its negative and always critical this attitude will shut you down from taking risk and always keep you confined in to a zone where you think nothing bad or embarrassing is going to happen. All activities of life are based on your attitude. Its like the eyes with which you see life.



Attitude changes everything. Do you want to change the way your life is now? The first step towards a bright happy life is to change your attitude. Change the way you see and look things and people around you. When ever the negative pops up try to squeeze your mind to find out if there is atleast one positive thing there. Pick that one positive point and just hold on to it. Its very precious. You don't get it easily.
