Power of Self Talk


The day has lot in store which cannot be predicted earlier. But its always possible to be ready to face all that comes ahead of us. Today just have some time of self talk. This is how your mind which is already formed as a result of past events and experiences can be changed. This is the power of meditation. Its the rudder to decide the direction your life is going to go this day.

Take time off to have a walk and while waking take control of the thoughts that run in your mind. Keep just thinking about the phrase ' I Can'. Keep the thoughts running in line of that. Say to yourself that you can face everything that comes your way. Say to yourself you are powerful than all that life throws and that you can overcome them and more than that change them to give you a positive result.


If  you are busy and you don't time to walk and you are held up to work then just use the time you go to have a cup of coffee. You can take control of that few minutes you have in hand and direct your thoughts. Never let  your thoughts run in any direction by itself because then the thoughts will drag you and you will be pulled into areas of past without any control. Take control and keep talking to yourself. In that case even when negative thoughts come you will be able to counter it with the effective attitude of 'I Can'.




So decide and take control of the day. Have only positive expectations for the day. Its not going to be easy. Its going to be a battlefield. But soon you will see that you have become a very good warrior. And being the person in control you will see that  you there is no loosing. As you do this you will see that your days are filled with a positive thoughts and making you feel lifted up. Never give up when you fail. When ever you realise you are walking the negative road, stop immediately and take a U turn. You have unlimited chances to try. So never give up and keep trying.
