Train your mind


How is your life going. Are you disappointed that you always end up as a failure not being able to complete it with success. The key to change such a situation is training.

As you know nothing happens by itself and without preparation. In the same way your thoughts and attitudes also cannot be changed over a night. It needs training. And the only person who can train you is  YOU. If you are sitting there for someone to come and change you or your situation its never going to happen. No one other than you can change you. So realise that you are the best trainer for you and start training.

How to train


  1. Take simple steps
  2. Do it everyday
  3. Never give up if anyone discourages you
  4. Never give up if you miss a day
  5. Never ever give up for any reason.
  6. Keep imagining the outcome you  need. 
  7. Fill your mind with positive thoughts of the way you are developing
  8. Always have the thoughts which reinforce the concept I CAN DO IT
  9. No person or situation is big and powerful to control you  unless you allow it or them to do  so.
  10. Spend time on positive talking to self and keep yourself motivated by positive thinking.
